About Founder / Sui Nakashima
Originally from Kumamoto, Japan, she moved to Tokyo after graduating from university. In pursuit of her dream to become a model overseas, she took a bold step and relocated to New York alone in 2008. By 2013, she had obtained an O-1 visa as a fashion model and officially launched her international modeling career.
While living in Tokyo, she began studying acting as a path of self-exploration. That journey deepened in New York, where she started training under Ms. Grace Kiley in 2014. In 2018, she transitioned from an O-1 visa to a U.S. green card, marking a new chapter in her life. Motivated to further develop her cross-cultural understanding and language skills, she entered the corporate world while continuing her work as a model and an actress. In 2021, she became a member of SAG-AFTRA.

As a highly sensitive child, she was deeply affected by the emotions of others and often felt left out, while at the same time harboring a strong desire to express herself. Navigating this inner conflict shaped her complex and emotions early years. Through years of dedicated acting training and self-inquiry, she learned to face herself honestly and heal long-held emotional blocks.
In 2024, she produced her first solo show in English, "The Samurai’s Wife", inspired by her own transformation and inner healing journey. In 2025, the show was officially selected for the world-renowned United Solo Festival, where it won “The Best Storytelling Show” award.
Since 2022, she has also been working as a mindset coach, helping others to release subconscious blocks and reconnect with their authentic selves through her program, Gym Your Mind. Rooted in the belief that “everyone has the right to live as their true self,” she is dedicated to guiding transformation through both artistic expression and inner work.
